Over the last 25 years, the Foundation has raised more than a million dollars for:
MPMA Education Programs The MPMA Foundation has granted $473,000 to MPMA for industry wide education programs including the three-part online Workforce Education Program, Detailed Gear Design, Gearbox CSI, Gear Failure Analysis.
MPMA Foundation Scholarship Program: The Foundation has awarded $387,500 in scholarships to engineering students at the Technical/Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate levels. 87% of scholarship recipients are employed in the gear industry.
Workforce Recruitment: The Foundation funded the Get Into Gears toolkit to help with industry workforce recruitment. The toolkit is a free download from the Foundation website.
