In 2022, we were able to provide $25,000 in scholarships to students; support the AGMA Emerging Technology Webinar Series; and help to ‘officially’ open the 10,000 square foot AGMA National Training Center; and support AGMA gear education programming.

Over the last 25 years, the Foundation has raised more than a million dollars for:
AGMA Education Programs The AGMA Foundation has granted $473,000 to AGMA for industry wide education programs including the three-part online Workforce Education Program, Detailed Gear Design, Gearbox CSI, Gear Failure Analysis, a grant to outfit the new AGMA National Training Center at Daley College in Chicago and four NEW Operator Level Classes which are rolling out virtually in 2020.
AGMA Foundation Scholarship Program: The Foundation has awarded $387,500 in scholarships to engineering students at the Technical/Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate levels. 87% of scholarship recipients are employed in the gear industry.
Workforce Recruitment: The Foundation funded the Get Into Gears toolkit to help with industry workforce recruitment. The toolkit is a free download from the Foundation website.
